Peace Lutheran Church believes the Holy Scriptures are the only source and judge for all our teachings and practices. We also believe that the Lutheran Confessions (The Book of Concord) is a correct interpretation of what the Bible says. We are a member congregation of The Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod.
In accordance with the Bible we gather around God’s Word and his Sacraments in order to receive the forgiveness of our sins and to be strengthened in faith. This is the way God wishes to give the grace his Son, Jesus Christ, won for us by his death and resurrection. It is only through the Word and Sacraments that we may receive the Holy Spirit, believe on our Lord Jesus Christ, and through that faith be justified in God’s sight. We thank God for blessing us by adopting us in Baptism, nourishing us with preaching and his Word, and feeding us with the Sacrament of Christ’s Body and Blood. We pray that you may be blessed by our merciful God just as we have been so richly blessed.
